Evolve Technologies is thrilled to announce the launch of our Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) on July 1, 2023!
We are proud to share that our dedicated team of fifty-plus employees now owns nearly half of Evolve, while the family estate of our founder, Tyler Mayne, holds the remainder. This milestone achievement marks a significant step towards building a stronger, more inclusive future for our company.
Maira Paulino Mayne, personal representative of the estate, expressed her joy, saying, “We, the family, are very happy to accomplish this huge milestone for Evolve, and to share the success of the company with those who helped build it.”
