This position will supervise warehouse operations and assist in scheduling daily deliveries/pickups, as well as
shipping/receiving, storing and preparing equipment within the warehouse, and ensuring accuracy and timeliness of all jobs.
• Assist with ensuring Warehouse processes are followed and Daily Shutdown and Weekly Shut Down are complete.
• Assist with the scheduling of warehouse staff for all daily, weekly operations.
• Check warehouse for any maintenance issues or concerns (i.e. Lights in working order, etc.)
• Assist with daily order preparation, delivery, pickup, and check in of equipment orders.
• Prepare all outgoing equipment or materials for client projects/jobs and ensure completeness / quality of preparation.
• Check in equipment and assist with quality control.
• Pack for show site with attention to presentation.
• Move equipment from receiving or storage areas to shipping or other designated areas.
• Assist with scheduling/shipping for UPS, FEDEX, LTL and Overnight, etc.
• Use any applicable software’s/programs to view daily job needs and perform required processes.
• Operate warehouse forklift in a proper and safe manner, including forklift upkeep and charging.
• Drive company truck for rental deliveries, maintenance, and cleaning.
• Ensure warehouse is accessible and safe for employees and customer traffic.
• Ensure proper storage of all equipment/materials in designated areas on shelves, cabinets, etc.
• Maintain knowledge of inventory counts and maintenance.

• At least 2 years of Audio Visual Warehouse experience.
• Knowledge of professional video and projection systems a bonus.
• Forklift certified a plus but not required.
• Class E Driver’s License with clean driving record.
• Ability to gain and maintain a DOT Medical Examination Certification
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Efficient data entry skills.
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to lead a team
• Must be able to work independently and as a team.

This is a full-time position. Work week schedule is Monday through Friday and on call as needed.
Limited Travel may be required on an as-needed basis. An overnight stay is possible.
