Summary / Objective

This position will assist the assigned Regional Account Manager by acting as the liaison between the Regional Account Manager, operations team, clients, and accounting department throughout the sales process (quoting, updating pre/during/post rental, and billing).


Essential Functions

• Coordinate with assigned Regional Account Manager to provide event/rental quotes to clients.
• Develop strong relationships with those regional clients handled by your Account Manager and provide them comfort and reassurance that the show is under control.
• Frequently communicate with all parties to ensure full awareness of schedules and any changes throughout the process.
• Conduct Post Show follow up with clients to include post show evaluations.
• Evaluate orders and communicate needs to the Operations team who will handle any transfers and subrental needs.
• Conduct work activities in a manner that supports production, productivity, quality, and customer service standards.
• Report operational problems to management and identify areas of improvement.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in the Audio-Visual industry
• Knowledge of professional video and projection systems
• Great customer service skills
• Excellent communication skills (both written and oral) in English
• Strong attention to detail
• Efficient data entry skills
• Strong organizational skills with ability to maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Ability to work independently and as a team
• High School Diploma or GED

Position Type and Expected Hours of Work

This is a full-time position. Work week schedule is Monday through Friday and on call as needed.
