Summary / Objective

The Product Solutionist will be a technical resource for Evolve’s media server and all content management systems. This individual will support the Sales and Operation teams, become a technical resource for Operations and Clients, and faciliatate classes as an instructor for our Academy (training classes).

Essential Functions

  • Coordinate and execute media server projects to maintain operational excellence.
  • Take ownership of their specific discipline as it relates to our business.
  • Be the subject matter expert with regards to all content systems.
  • Provide technical support for Sales and Operation staff.
  • Specify the QC process and packaging requirements for items that fall under the specific discipline.
  • Assist in development of curriculum and facilitate classes on media server and playback in coordination with the National Director of Education for both internal and external customers.
  • Become familiar with specifications and operation of emerging technologies.
  • Attend trade shows and report on new products.
  • Disseminate project information to stakeholders.
  • Provide on-site guidance for complex projects.
  • Work with operations to identify problems and work process improvements.
  • Conduct post-mortems on large events as needed.
  • Coordinate equipment and provide support for customer demos.
  • Assist with creation of product and training videos.
  • Other duties as assigned by management within scope.

Other Duties


  • At least 3 years of experience with a variety of media server and content management systems.
  • Working knowledge of Disguise Stumpfl and Unreal Engine.
  • Understanding of rendering, framerates and GPU loads.
  • Knowledge or wilingess to learn/understand large format display technology (LED and projection).
  • Ability to present to live audience or via webinar.
  • Cross platform proficiency (PC, Mac, etc.).
  • Intermediate computer networking skills.
  • Great communication skills.

Specific Vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.

Position Type and Expected Hours of Work

This is a full-time position. Work week schedule is Monday through Friday (40 Hours Weekly) and on call as needed.
